• Disco Elysium and 1000xRESIST: Is it weird for video games to be among my favorite books?
• Celeste: Difficult but rewarding game that focuses on platforming.
• Baba Is You and Bean and Nothingness: Probably the best puzzle games I've played.
• Tunic and Animal Well: Games that start simple, but have incredibly deep (puzzlehunt-style) puzzles.
• Dark Souls and Sekiro: Difficult but rewarding games that focus on combat and exploration.
• Titanfall 2 and ULTRAKILL: Two incredible shooters, where the focus is on movement.
• Hollow Knight: Difficult but rewarding game that focuses on exploration. I'm sensing a theme here...
• Dishonored and Prey: Really fun immersive sims, you can mess around in them forever.
• Shadow Tactics and Desperados III: Fun strategy games where the solutions make you feel smart.
